This policy explains what personal data Enterprise92 collects through Bill92 and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Business and invoice data: the business details, customer details, line items and payments you enter.
- Billing data: your subscription plan and payment status. For local payments we store the details you submit (payment method, sender name/number, transaction ID and an optional receipt screenshot) to verify the payment.
- Technical data: IP address and basic logs used for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To provide the Service, keep your account secure, process subscriptions, send service emails (such as email confirmation, password resets and invoices you choose to send), and respond to your messages. We do not sell your data and do not use your invoice data for advertising.
Your customers' data
When you enter information about your customers, you control that data and we process it on your behalf only to provide the Service. Make sure you have the right to share it with us.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service: our web host, our email provider and our payment provider. They may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your account, invoices, customers and logos are deleted. We keep a one-way hash of your email address and your used free-invoice count to prevent abuse of the free plan, and billing records where the law requires.
Your rights
You can view, correct, export (Account → Export my data) and delete (Account → Delete account) your data at any time. You may also contact us to exercise any rights you have under applicable law.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and every invoice is accessible only to the account that owns it.
